Billet to wheel
Single-source billet with traceable lot ID per wheel.
A vertically integrated 6061-T6 forging program covering billet, forge, T6 heat treat, multi-axis CNC, and inspection.
Our forged 6061-T6 wheels are produced through 6061-F's integrated manufacturing program. Billet selection, deformation control, T6 heat treatment, and 5-axis machining are sequenced for repeatable mechanical properties and consistent geometry — under a single quality system, end to end.
Single-source billet with traceable lot ID per wheel.
Solution + age cycle qualified to 6061-T6 properties.
Spoke and pocket geometry milled in one fixture for concentricity.
Dimensional, runout, balance, and fastener-seat geometry.
High-tonnage presses force the billet into a near-net-shape die under controlled deformation. Grain flow is aligned with the spoke and rim load paths for maximum fatigue life.
Solution treatment dissolves the alloying elements; quenching freezes them in solution; artificial ageing precipitates the strengthening phase to reach T6 properties.
Spoke geometry, fastener seats, and centre bores are machined in tightly toleranced fixtures, then routed through paint, brushed, or polished finish lines depending on the order.
Our carbon-fiber program is developed in collaboration with Munich Composites GmbH — a German expert in fiber composites serving automotive, aerospace, and motorsport industries.
Lot-traceable 6061 billet with chemistry verification.
Near-net-shape forging under closed-loop press control.
Solution → quench → artificial ageing.
Spoke + pocket geometry milled to spec.
Dimensional, runout, balance, then finishing line.
