CARBON

REVOLUTION

Forged. Engineered. Lightweight. A vertically integrated wheel program built around aerospace prepreg carbon fiber and forged 6061-T6 aluminium.

Fitment Finder

Will it fit your car?

Pick your vehicle and see which 6061-F wheels the catalogue can build for it — matched on bolt pattern, offset and centre bore, with every result stating how far the published data actually goes.

  • Compatible

Bolt pattern, requested size and offset all check out against published data.

  • Compatible on available data

Nothing contradicts the fit, but a figure is set per order rather than published.

  • Engineering verification needed

Buildable, but a custom drilling or an out-of-range figure needs a human first.

01 · Carbon Technology
Engineering pillars

Engineered for
velocity and
longevity.

A wheel program treated as a structural decision — modeled, laid up, cured, and inspected with the discipline of an aerospace component.

  • Lightweight Engineering

Optimised carbon-fiber layups and forged aluminium architectures reduce rotating mass without compromising structural performance.

  • Structural Integrity

Continuous-fibre rim shells, FEA-driven hub bonding, and full T6 heat treatment deliver predictable, verifiable performance.

  • Motorsport-Grade

Cure cycles, NDT, and inspection protocols mirror our motorsport supplier programs — applied to every wheel we ship.

03 · Manufacturing

Vertically
integrated.
End to end.

Every wheel is forged, machined, heat-treated, and inspected through 6061-F’s integrated manufacturing program — traceable inputs and supplier-grade controls from billet to finish line.

  1. 01

    Billet & layup intake

Lot-traceable 6061 billet and aerospace prepreg carbon enter the line with chemistry and ply IDs preserved per wheel.

  2. 02

    Forge / autoclave cure

Closed-die forging for 6061-T6 monoblocks; vacuum-bagged autoclave cure for carbon rim shells.

  3. 03

    Heat treatment / consolidation

T6 solution + age cycle for forged centres; controlled-pressure consolidation for composite rims.

  4. 04

    5-axis CNC + bonding

Spoke geometry and centre bores machined in single-fixture setups; carbon rims bonded to forged centres along FEA-validated joints.

  5. 05

    Inspection · NDT · finish

Dimensional, runout, dynamic balance, ultrasonic NDT — then routed to paint, brushed, or polished finish lines.
