DesigninGermany.
Our carbon-fiber wheel program is developed in collaboration with Munich Composites GmbH — an established German expert in fiber composites serving automotive, aerospace, medical technology, and sporting goods industries worldwide.
World-Class Composite Expertise
Munich Composites GmbH has established itself as a leading expert in fiber composite engineering. Their customer base includes well-known companies from automotive OEMs, mechanical engineering, aerospace, medical technology, sporting goods, and various research institutions.
This partnership brings German precision engineering and deep composite materials knowledge directly into our carbon-fiber wheel development process — from initial structural simulation through production validation.
The collaboration ensures our wheels benefit from cross-industry best practices: aerospace-grade layup protocols, automotive production efficiency, and motorsport performance validation combined into a single manufacturing program.
OEM Supply Chain
Munich Composites serves tier-1 automotive OEMs with carbon-fiber structural components, bringing production-grade composite engineering to our wheel program.
Aerospace Heritage
Composite technology developed for aerospace applications — where weight savings and structural reliability are non-negotiable — informs every design decision.
Precision Manufacturing
Medical-device-grade manufacturing tolerances applied to fiber placement and quality control protocols throughout the production process.
Racing Validated
Performance composites validated under motorsport duty cycles where fatigue, thermal cycling, and impact resistance are tested at the limit.
From Simulation to Production
Every carbon-fiber wheel follows a disciplined engineering workflow developed jointly with Munich Composites — ensuring structural analysis precedes physical production at every stage.
Structural FEA Analysis
Load path simulation and stress analysis conducted in Germany. Ply orientation and layup sequence are optimized computationally before any physical prototype.
Material Selection
Aerospace-grade prepreg systems selected for specific mechanical properties: stiffness-to-weight ratio, interlaminar shear strength, and thermal stability.
Tooling Design
Precision moulds engineered for autoclave processing. Tooling geometry accounts for fiber compaction, resin flow, and dimensional spring-back.
Process Validation
Each cure cycle parameter — temperature ramp, hold duration, pressure profile — is validated against mechanical test coupons before production release.
Quality Assurance Protocol
NDT, dimensional inspection, and dynamic balance testing define the acceptance criteria. Traceability from prepreg batch to finished wheel.
TÜV SÜD Fatigue Test Passed
Our German-designed carbon-fiber wheel construction has an independent TÜV SÜD laboratory fatigue test report documenting 650 kg load capacity and 7,500 km biaxial fatigue testing without cracks. It is a test report, not type approval.
